Interview
The interview process for this position was a phone screen with one of the software managers and the architect. They completely missed the first call, then rescheduled for the next day. When they called me for the interview, they used a Ring conference call with terrible call quality. It was difficult to hear most of what they said, and they were very unfriendly on the call. They asked me to tell them about my previous experience, so I went over my resume. Then, they told me I would have a take a 2 hour Codility test before they would talk to me again. I withdrew my application since they didn't seem interested in actually hiring for this position, and I didn't feel like wasting my time.

Interview
Found out about the company through Glassdoor. Applied through careers page. Immediate interview with five chief executives for about 1 and 1/2 hours. While explaining the white board question, one person was laughing behind my back. I realized at that point that I wasted my time and efforts.
