I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Onduo (Newton, MA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager and received an e-mail the next day inviting me for an onsite interview.
HR was not very helpful in answering logistical questions and didn’t ask for my availability; instead just gave me a date and time for the onsite and said I had no choice but to go in that day. They even made a mistake with the date and told me they had initially provided the wrong date and that they had to change it.
Onsite was 5 back to back interviews with different members of the team and quite engaging. However, I never heard back from this company at all after that. Followed up with HR in a week and with the hiring manager a couple weeks after that, but no one had the courtesy to even send a one line response stating that they had decided to move in a different direction. Very disappointing considering the candidate had invested to much time and energy into the process.
Onduo seems like a great company with an incredible mission/product, but many team members lack people skills.
