You are greeted. They have you take a typing test. The software for the test is a little weird so pay close attention or you could have a lot of false negative input.
After the typing test, they want to hear how you sound on the phone. As long as you are friendly, and follow their directions you should do fine.
Then you sit down with a hiring manager or even your future supervisor. Give them the best you got, and be genuine.

The interview took only about 15 to 20 minutes. The interviewer was very nice and pleasant to talk to. There were not a lot of unnecessary questions asked. I liked that the interviewer explained what the next steps were in the process if selected.
