They were NOT up front about the position that they offered, I was told that they were going to be interviewing for a management position. When I got there, I was NOT interviewed for a management position but rather a SALES position that could "possibly" grow into a management position. Not to mention they wanted me to come in for a full day of "shadowing" when there was no guarantee that I would even be accepted for the position. They would not talk salary or other requirements until the day of shadowing which I found odd. The interview was quick, and the company as a whole was not what I had expected. VERY disappointed
