After submitting my resume I was contacted for an initial interview and asked to come to their offices. After a short wait in their conference room, an interview team of three people who had obviously reviewed my resume and qualifications discussed the position and my qualifications with me for about an hour. They were all friendly but had some tough questions, and were also responsive to my questions about the position, its responsibilities and the business. A couple of weeks later I was invited in to be interviewed by a couple of executives and shortly thereafter landed the job! Come prepared - know about their products and web site and have some astute observations and questions of your own.
