I applied online and received a call about 2 weeks later. I had a quick on the spot phone interview with a recruiter, who scheduled my interview for the next week. The in person interview was with the executive that the position supports who was pretty disorganized and aloof, as well as another manager in the department. She didn’t ask me many questions about myself and vaguely explained the functions of the job as well as mentioned several times that the office is “controlled chaos.” When I asked, I was told that I would hear back by the following week. When I didn’t hear from her in the next 2 weeks I called to check in with her and she rudely stated that the position had already been filled.
