Very pressured. Interviewer didn't make me feel comfortable. Phone interview basically asks the same questions as the face to face interview. Very scripted, interview didn't feel like a conversation but more like a test.

I submitted the application and recieved a 15 minute phone interview 2 weeks later. They decided to continue evaluating me as a potential employee and scheduled an in person interview on site. The interview went well and the only problem I was told that they had with my qualifications was that I might get bored with the job. We talked about potential growth within the company and the interviewer assured me that they want their employees to continue learning and getting certifications so that they can apply to higher jobs at OneBlood. I was told that I would receive a call or email as to getting the job offer or not by the next week. Did not get an email until 3 weeks later and I was not offered the job. Even then I would not have taken the job based on their inability to keep to a promise for a deadline. Also, due to the fact that I went back and handed the interviewer a thank you note in person for giving me the time to speak with her the other day. She did not seem to remember me at all and her reaction seemed more of "why are you wasting my time?" If you want to work at OneBlood I suggest not working as a Biologists Assistant since then pay is only $12.75 per hour starting out and I'm sure someone wanting to work in a lab environment is way over qualified for that.
