      Management Level Interview

      Oct 23, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Detroit, MI
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at OneMagnify (Detroit, MI) in Oct 2019

      Interview

I was contacted by the head of HR and had a phone interview, I then came in for a half day interview and met with over 8 people including a one hour lunch.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They did not ask any behavioral based interview questions - it was more , tell me about you experience and how would you come in and help us ... they did not ask about compensation until AFTER asking for my references which was concerning. They also proceeded NOT to call my executive references which was shocking. In the end they went with a candidate that was recommended by their top client, which I understand, sometimes that happens. But they need to get a TA team in there that knows what they are doing... not only for themselves but for their clients that they staff for regularly. Overall they seem like great people with a great offering but they need to clean up and grow up their process.
