I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OneMagnify in Jun 2020
Interview
OneMagnify recruiter emailed me regarding a Data Scientist position. A couple days later I had a standard screening call with the recruiter. Next was a phone interview with an Analytics Manager that focused on my background and details of OneMagnify's relationship with the client in question. After that was a phone interview with a more senior Account Manager of sorts. We talked about the client's technical needs and my abilities and experience with EDA, building predictive models, etc. All the conversations were casual and no challenging technical questions were asked.
Everything went smoothly until I followed up with the recruiter a week after the final interview and found out the position had been canceled with no explanation why.
Overall, an underwhelming and ultimately disappointing experience.
