The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OneMain Financial in Jul 2011
Interview
The interview process started out with a 1 on 1 interview with a branch manager. The questions are pretty standard. If the branch manager believes you did well enough then he will set up another 1 on 1 interview with a district manager. The interview with the district manager asked most of the same questions. I thought i did well, but i did not receive an offer. The whole process took approx 2 to 3 weeks

I applied online and received an email a few days later to schedule a phone interview. Interview
Had 3 interviews. One phone, one with manager of branch I applied to but in another office 45 minutes away, then a third interview with district manager another 45 minutes away. Was called the next day by DM and was told they'd call me the following day. The following day, I get an email saying we regret to inform you blah blah. Next day, the same job position at the same branch is reposted online! Ridiculous.
