Employees apply online and are sent an email that links to an online perrsonality type test. Once that is done they are contected by a recruiter for a phone interview which will consist of basic questions to find out whether the applicant has any sales/collection/custoemr service experience and whether they are available to work the posted hours. Recruiter sends successful candidates to branch and district manager. BM schedules a face to face interview which is sometimes 1:1, sometimes 2:1. If BM likes candidate, will schedule a follow up interview with DM or another BM to get second opinion. Recruiter will contact applicant with a job offer. Then there is background test, drug test, fingerprinting and referece checks. They will also follow up on your former schools and dates of employment. If things are not accurate, they will ask for clarification and withdraw offer if it appears you lied. Be very careful that your dates are accurate.
