Interview
I got a call from the office manager to setup an interview. At the time, I was unemployed for 5 weeks and had forgotten who the company was (I applied to many companies online, law of averages if you will). We went over some preliminary questions (Do you have a vehicle, are you a legal citizen of the US, etc), and I eventually had the first face to face interview shortly thereafter. Questions for the interview were pretty standard (tell me about a time when you did this.... etc). After the first interview, if they think you will be a good fit for the company, they will send you for an interview with the district manager. If that goes well they will do the background check and the drug test, and if that passes, will make you an offer.
The interview process is very standard. Just ask a lot of questions about the day to day activity to see if it will be a good fit for you.
