Interview
Manager did not seem like someone I would want to work for. I accepted another position with someone else solely on that vibe I got. I explained I worked over nights and was scheduled on the day where I’m up for 22 hours and then got 1.5 of sleep and was expected to be there early morning. Manager also made a comment how the move towards bettering employee work/life balance by giving them a flex shift was annoying for her because she had to keep up with it. This made me realize she did not value her employees and also understand why I wasn’t given the respect of a later interview where I could function.

The recruiter wasn't sure of the position I applied for. They also said they would schedule an upcoming interview and opted to ghost me instead which I found unfortunate. Overall, the interview went very smoothly I believed, so I was confused about the ghosting, it's been almost a week yet no email or anything regarding a follow-up interview.
