The subprime of HR recruiting. Applied online and received a text and email asking to schedule an interview through an automated app. Received confirmation of the interview time, and additional text alerts one day and one hour before the interview as reminders. The scheduled interview time came and went without the scheduled interviewer calling. I emailed the interviewer and received a response apologizing saying there was a system issue that overwrote my interview on the calendar (not really buying that excuse) and a request to reschedule the interview the following day, which I agreed to. Was not shocked when I was again blown off. I emailed the interviewer one more time but received no response. Basically wasted three days researching the company, reading annual reports and rating agency presale reports.
