OneMain Financial interview questions

I interviewed for the Email Coding Specialist job with OneMain Financial from the beginning of July to the end of August, and the entire experience was a waste of my time. Throughout the process, my interviews were rescheduled multiple times and more than once, when I would dial into a scheduled call or join a scheduled video chat, the OneMain employee would join anywhere from 5-15 minutes late. The interviews themselves were scheduled during pretty compressed times, so I never had enough time to ask all of the questions I wanted to or get a solid feel for the people who would presumably be managing me. To get more specific about my interview experience, I had an initial interview with an in-house recruiter, followed by an interview with two employees that manage the Email Coding Specialist. Immediately after the interview, I received positive feedback from the recruiter, so I thanked him and sent a thank you note for him to share with the team. After a week passed, I sent a check-in email and received no response. As more time passed I just assumed they selected someone else. Six weeks later, on a Monday, I received an email apologizing for the delay, which they explained was related to a recalibration of their hiring plan, but all feedback on my interview remains positive and they were ready to move forward if I was still interested. I responded stating that I was still interested and then received a follow-up on Friday afternoon asking me to send my availability to speak to three people the following week. I sent my availability along with an explanation that I was getting married the following day and would be leaving in the middle of the following week for my honeymoon, so my time was incredibly compressed as I also had to manage the work for my current job in the middle of all of this. They said they’d work with my schedule, so I sent my availability and in return received three separate meeting slots for the following week. With everything I had going on, it was tough to make this work, but the way things were being handled it seemed like they wanted to offer me the job and just needed final approvals, so I figured I’d accommodate them. The following week, I did each interview and sent thank you emails after each call. I never received any follow-ups, but I figured I’d give them time and went away on my honeymoon for a week. When I got back, I still hadn’t heard from them so I sent a follow-up email. No response. It has been 8 weeks since my last interview with OneMain, and since then I’ve seen the job reposted, so it’s safe to say that they have no interest in hiring me. I’m okay with being denied the job, maybe I interviewed badly, but I think it’s incredibly unprofessional to not follow-up with me after going silent for six weeks and then rushing me into three interviews in the middle of what I made clear was a very busy time. Tell me I didn’t get the job, it is literally the least you could do and it would suffice. Based on this experience, it’s clear that OneMain Financial only cares that you fit their needs, they don’t care about your time or your impression of them. If this is how OneMain handles prospective candidates, I can only imagine what the day-to-day is like with this company.
