I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OneSource Virtual
Interview
Had a first HR screening followed by a 30 minute video call with the hiring manager and then there was a 90 minute video interview with a panel.
The questions were not at all about Product Management or my responsibilities as a Product Owner, they were more interested in how my current organization is structured and how Agile is being used.
The questions asked were twisted and unrelated to the position for e.g. I was asked what is the architecture of a product I am working on? When I responded asking for more clarifications, the interviewer was pissed off.
The interview panel was acting like they were forced to sit there but had to use the entire 90 minutes of the interview. There may have been some bad blood between the panelists as they kept interrupting each other and I saw some eye rolling while one of the panelists was talking.
I felt like the interview was less about getting to know me and more about trying to get some tips on agile adoption.
All in all it was one of the most terrible experiences I've had as an interviewee and will not be accepting the offer even if I get one.
