The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OneSpan (Zürich) in Feb 2017
Interview
It was rough but to the point and well structured.
Ended up getting an offer hat I turned down for an other role for an other company that made me a way higher offer that I couldn't refuse.
HR and the SEMEA Hiring manager were the key people I would have joined for as it's always better to deal with people who are straight and to the point on the expectation and what to expect.

Question 1
Loads to cover
But mainly focused on process/ sales methodology and driving the sales cycles and meetings
I had two great interviews to start with a recruiter and a manager. Unfortunately the recruiter dropped the ball for almost 3 weeks, despite my follow ups, and the rest of the process went awry. She scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager, but at the last minute switched it up to a team lead on another team. Needless to say that did not go in my favor. Very disappointing.
Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking at ways to improve our processes. We apologize that this was your experience. We strive to always create a positive candidate experience throughout all our teams. We will take this feedback and implement changes.
Contacted by a recruiter, two conversations with departmental managers and one presentation to a broader team within two weeks. The process was very quick with good communication from the recruiter the whole way.
