HR Phone interview, followed by in-person interview with the department manager. The HR phone interview was great, very friendly, responsive. In person interview , the manager only talked about the company and themselves - never really asked me any questions or let me talk. And then they ghosted me when I tried following up after the interview - a quick, simple decline is all that was needed.
