I applied through LinkedIn Easy apply, contacted by recruiter within a few days, the process took forever. I was applying for this position for the second time, last year I for this position, followed through the whole interview process, was selected till the end, but offer took forever to come hence moved forwarded with another company. I applied again because I was excited about this company. I was promised that the process would finish within 2 weeks but it was same this time or worse. After the initial recruiter call, spoke with the Hiring manager, everything was great until they told me they will send technical tests that they need to create as I already did the generic one last time(which I successfully cleared). But those tests never came back, I followed up week after week and everytime it was 1/2 more weeks until in the end, I got something else. Upon this experince, I don't think I would like to apply again for this company as I believe if the hiring process is so messed up and delayed what the day to day work would look like.
