The interview process involved 3 interviews (person from HR, future boss and the department head). Each spread about a week apart. After successful interviews, there was a background check. Overall the process was well governed. Even thou there were periods of waiting for the decisions and next steps, the recruiter was always in touch with me. I got updates all the way down to the hiring so I felt well informed.
