Interview
A recruiter go in touch with me and arranged a quick interview to get my story and interest. She then arranged a meeting between myself and the team I'd be working with. The team interviewed me for knowledge and fit. Afterwards the recruiter got back in touch with me to gauge my interest before making an offer.
