Had a series of interviews with the HR/Team/Manager, the whole process was straightforward and well timed. I would say I was very positive on how each interview well, I was very excited to join the team more because of the people in the company than anything, even made up my mind to relocate. However, after 3 interviews they completely ghosted me, I sent a couple follow-up emails but never heard back. Any candidate would appreciate a small rejection note than complete silence. After all they have put their time, energy and effort into the whole process.
