Interview
Julie is so friendly! It doesn't make me felt like I'm in the 1St round of interview at all! Julie makes decision swiftly on the spot after listening and understanding my capabilities for this role. During the waiting process, Julie is so pro-active in updating the process so that I won't be waiting blindly for updates :) Once I received news on being selected, the local HR is very helpful too to provide the step by step process, informing in advance the day to report for work on 1St day :) The main interviewers are approachable too, doesn't make me felt intense during the process.

I remember Julie once asked: "How are you going to bring your previous expertise to Onespan? "
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OneSpan (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Three-part interview consisting of an initial Zoom call (due to Covid) with an internal recruiter. Once vetted I moved to the second stage of the interview (Zoom call) with three of the senior leaders. Finally, I completed a role play zoom call and an assignment in the form of follow up email, to demonstrate my personality, skills and experience in dealing with a customer.
The process was quick from the initial interview to final interview. I was concerned that I would find it challenging to convey my personality via a Zoom call but it was absolutely fine. Everyone was fairly new to this way of interviewing and it was treated like any other interview I had undertaken.
