Wow the interview process is pretty poor and it potentially has not ended yet. Shortly after applying online, I received an email to setup a recruiter screen. I had to wait two weeks for that screen. Then the recruiter cancels without explanation and rebooks for later during the week without asking me if I am available. On the second try, the Zoom link was not working so they had to cancel it again and now rebook for the following week. The recruiter was early in her career and inexperienced. The first thing she asked for was my salary given that I have worked at top companies in my career, she must have assumed I was expensive. Then she pauses the interview, shuts off the camera and mutes her phone to ask someone about the bonus. She 'returns' and asks me if I am willing to accept a lower bonus. Mind you, the interview questions about my suitability have not even started yet. I was also told they want to hire ASAP which is laughable given that I had to wait 3 weeks just for the recruiter screen. There is also 5 interviews. I am guessing this process will take months, and am praying that I already have an offer elsewhere at this point.
