      Full of preconception company. Two step selection: Italy (HR+Director) and then the final round in Belgium. Company strategy is unclear: if you will try to sell them as yours their own messages to shareholders about new company directions, VASCO persons will tell you that it is complete nonsense. Tip: For them the security world is never changing. They will stress that the company technical aspects are very narrow, so they are looking for the person with the solid background and capacity to learn. Tip: Do not trust it. Their personal technical experience is even narrower, so they have real difficulties to estimate you from the technical side. All questions will always return to their 2 security protocols. VASCO persons feel totally comfortable and right to estimate your race and your vision of world from racial aspect. Tip: follow the racial bias – white is good, black is wrong, west is clever, east is stupid, the world is monolithic. They were always late but you should be always on time, “cause you are already Italian”… You MUST have a very good Facebook profile that they examine very thoughtfully as it seems to be the very critical and the most important point of selection for them. The word “privacy” is forbidden. In Belgium VASCO employees live VASCO as a good springboard so they are surprised if you see it as a arrival point.
