OneTouch Direct Supervisor interview questions

It started with a phone interview where they asked about previous job experience. The second interview was then a group interview with two of the hiring managers. We were asked to talk about our selves and to read a passage from a book and give our interpretation of it. The group interview lasted about an hour and most of it consisted of the managers talking about the company.
