I had a telephone interview with the Vice President of the company at the time. He must not have been prepared as no meeting rooms were open and I interviewed in his office. It was a mess, and his Mac kept pinging him with email's in the background. None of the work I showed him seemed to impress, which is fine. I gave him my card and was told that I would hear back in a week.
After over a year I decided to write this review as I have moved on since. I think that saving another individual from taking a vacation day to experience the level of unprofessionalism that I had would make the entire experience worth while.
My recommendation to One Touch Point would be to look at your hiring practices as a reflection of your brand in customer facing situations.
