The recruitment process at OneTrust was such a refreshing experience compared to what’s common nowadays. From the very beginning, I received plenty of relevant information — not only about the company overall, but also very specific to the role. It made the process transparent and easy to navigate.

Most of these stages took around 45 mins to an hour.
Although in the end another candidate was chosen, I still walked away with an amazing experience that left me eager to reconnect soon for another role that better aligns with both of our expectations.
