Interviewed and accepted my offer. Very quick interview cycle with the initial contact, phone interview, onsite interview, and offer all occurring within a 10 days. It is a startup with crazy growth which requires long hours at times but they are very transparent and honest throughout the interview process and don't pretend its a cozy laidback gig. Ended up spending a little over 3 hours onsite and spoke to 4 employees separately. Interviews consisted of a variety of behavioral and skill questions. No softball questions but nothing overtly complex/hard. Some duplicate questions but I wasn't repeating myself the entire time. Pros: Honest and Transparent about company and employee expectations Not a blackhole - constant communication from recruiter and quick turnaround time Cons: While there isn't a deadline on accepting the officer did feel slightly pressured to respond ASAP to align myself to how fast they move throughout recruiting.
