Honestly, it was pretty smooth and at a time where growth was (and still is) pretty rapid. So not a lot of time being wasted. They were in the process of moving so I never got to look at the office or the people working there. I believe that would have given a better view of the culture and the type of people working there.
Tip: They are very transparent about the way things are and working at the company. They will answer any question and cut To the chase. If any of the info you learn during the process alarms you, ask HR and think about it before making the jump especially with work-life balance. Ask questions about the days, expectations, etc.
