Interview process is definitely pathetic. They'll show enough interest in you but they would already have one of their cousins or relatives for the job. You're being called onsite just for the formality.
Also, the interviewers are fresh graduates with no industry experience and they probably got the job offers while they were hanging out in the parks, bar or starbucks. Don't be shocked to expect a behavior where they make you feel like you no nothing as they are gods of the technology.
Even though, the company is full of LBDN (Look Busy, Do Nothing) creatures, they'll put you down during the interview process as they are not experienced at all.
Looks like a company full of interns with fancy designations.
Trust me, if you answer like an experienced person, they'll just keep staring you like they have seen GOD. Again, that happens when you put relatives, girlfriends/boyfriends and higher designations.
You can relate this situation with the movie " The Dictator" where the guy was so stupid but he was ruling the country.
In my humble opinion, take the offer if you have nothing on you plate right now and keep looking for better options, this is definitely not a place if you are looking to enhance your career because cousins and relatives won't let you climb up the ladder.
Apart from that, they have a lot of ego and you have to fight claiming your transportation and meal expenses as keep following up unless you get those as relatives are probably not working to get those reimbursed for you.
