I had a pre-screen interview with a recruiter. The recruiter then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. I prepared some samples of my work to go over with the hiring manager--these related to what the hiring manager was looking for in the role. I thought the interview went well. After a week I still hadn't heard from the recruiter. I reached out and asked for an update. I never received a response, rejection or heard from the recruiter again. At the very least, a recruiter should have the courtesy to send an automated rejection through an ATS.

The interviewer was 30 minutes late. They simply forget, after I was waiting for 30 minutes. I got my car booted in their parking lot. What I don't like about companies like these is the lack of respect they have to call you back about the interview. I looked up to this company but after I couldn't reach anyone to ask about the interview I lost all respect for them.
