The interview process was not professional. I had applied for an intern position but I was interviewed for full-time. The interview was with a senior consultant who was very cordial and showed interest in knowing my answers.
Later they got to know that I had applied for an intern position. Since the interviewer liked my profile they wanted me to reach out to them for a full-time position and they promised of taking my final round.
The problem was with the recruiter who never reverted to my emails. I reached to other recruiters through LinkedIn but no action was taken despite promising a final round. A simple 'sorry! we don't have any vacancy' email would have been fine instead of ghosting a candidate.
