I hade a nice conversation with the CTO and from there I received an invitation to do a code challenge and an assessment.
The code challenge was very easy but they asked to show off some extra skills (so this took me more time to do)
They said it would be nice to have it done in two days so I did it over the weekend but then it took them almost two weeks to get back to me with a poor feedback ("your coding is not at the level we are currently looking for").
I did open a very well documented pull resquest with the changes they required and every extra things I added "to show off" and I haven't recived a single comment on there.
I totally don't mind not getting hired but I invested a long amount of time doing the code challenge and would like to have a better feedback than this. At the end I felt like they haven't even looked at my code.
overall good, took two weeks to release offer. total 3 round of interview with one HR. They found from nukari and reach directly. overall process was smooth and fair and amazing
