I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OneTrust (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview consists of 3 rounds: 1. Technical 2. Behavioral 3. Presentation.
1. Technical basically covers tech mentioned in your resume and half the interview consists of tech used at OneTrust and the tech you will have to use if selected for the role. The tech includes Cookies, APIs, and Computer Networking questions basically.
2. Behavioral is just like any other behavioral interview so nothing specifically different you should prepare yourself for.
3. PPT round is a good one, you select a topic of your choice and present it. It can be a product at a company where you used to work, it can be about a project that you did, anything!! You will present the first 10-12 mins, followed by 20mins of questions based on your ppt. This is important and can be a deal breaker if you mess it up.
