Interview
Overall, a pretty poor interview experience. I had the initial screening call with the recruiter who mentioned I was "the best applicant so far" but everything beyond that was less than adequate.
I had a call set up with the hiring manager for 30 minutes (which I don't think is long enough) and the questions were quite weak and didn't really contribute to the interview much. It was a lot of basic competency questions which I answered to my fullest and even tried expanding on as they were not very challenging. I was left with 3 minutes at the end to answer questions. I was only allowed to ask 1 question before the hiring manager told me he had another call to attend (again, 30 minutes isn't enough of time).
The final stage was a case study with the hiring manager and a very inadequate colleague who spent the whole discussion boasting about him and how he should be a VP {clear reason why they aren't}.
It felt like the hiring manager wanted more of a "yes man". The whole interview was bizarre and it left me understanding why this role has not been filled for over a month.
I was told I'd get feedback within 2 days but alas, I haven't received any. I was told the interview would be two-way but this was not the case and for me to take out time out of my day for some basic Q&A could have easily been avoided if I knew this in advance.

Interview
The first Call was with a recruiter who wasn't particularly knowledgeable about the AE position.
The second Call was with a Team Lead.
First of all, he was 10 minutes late and almost forgot our meeting.
There was no preparation or transparent communication whatsoever to prepare for the call. He continuously asked questions about my closing experience despite me only having worked as an SDR before (and they were well aware of this). He also expected concrete examples of specific situations but only formulated generic questions.
Only made it to the second round as the recruiter told me that the team lead found that "I wasn't ready" for the AE position but everything else "was really positive".
She was reluctant when I gave her feedback on the hiring process (compared to other SaaS companies).
OneTrust needs to come up with a transparent interview process plan.

I was contacted by the recruiter
The recruiter only wanted to hear what she was aiming for. Tell me about your last job and your previous job.
When talking about my skills and motivation, it seemed like she did not care and was even annoyed by it.
