I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OneTrust (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
Two parts.
Chat with recruiter.
Interview and presentation.
Interview was with support manager and team leads. Presentation was on how to deal with an angry customer.
Found the process simple however the need for certifications was not covered at all - have to complete certifications within 6 month probation, and retakes are at own expense.
Very conversational - interviewers were team members and were able to provide great insight into the role - required a brief presentation, but overall was an easy process - Could feel a little rushed at times
