The OneTrust strategy interview process was quite an experience. It started with a phone screen, followed by a case study, which felt a bit weird since it came right after the hiring manager interview and before meeting the rest of the team. The whole process was challenging but fair, really testing my problem-solving skills and understanding of their mission. Overall, I appreciated the thorough approach and felt well-assessed.
