First round with hiring manager which was behavioral and situation based questions. Second round was technical including some python and django concepts as well as discussing a system design problem

Phone screen was typical recruiter screen checking on my background , intro to the company and products and sample questions on web cookies and data segmentation methods
Director screen was focused on past experiences, people management questions and behavioral questions on team building and conflict resolutions,
Principal engineer screen was focused on technical problem , white boarding the solution
