Very smooth and easy (1st interview), just asked general questions nothing tricky or technical. Just be prepared by understanding what you know about the company and make sure to be structured throughout the whole procress.
Three phases consisting of a first interview with human resources, then department representative, then assessment with marketing chief. It took about a week or so, almost two weeks. Each one took about 20 to 30 minutes
