A company with a 5-step (supposed to be 4) recruitment process. Chaos, lack of decision-making and reliability during more than a month of interviews.
- The final (additional) interview was with a NY-based executive that was late, picking his nose and stretching throughout our conversation. He was not even able to introduce himself (when asked) and seemed uninterested in the conversation. Despite an, quote, "excellent feedback" in all interviews, this person, who is 1month in the company and with whom I had a 15min call, was a decision-maker.
- Feedback was always being provided late.
I can't recommend applying to jobs to this company, nothing was positive really.
