I think the interview was in general friendly and helpful, the recruiter is there to help during the process and open to follow ups. I do recommend getting in touch with them
Interviews with different stakeholders and a 2 hour preparation use-case. Not enough time to prepare the use-case, very broad questions, not good salary for the level of expertise required and for the responses to use-case required.

Question 1
Why One Trust ?
What are you looking for?
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OneTrust (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The initial interview process began with a telephone call with one of OneTrust's in-house recruiters, Annie Nguyen. Annie did a great (emphasis on great) job explaining the role I was applying for (including job responsibilities, expectations, experience needed, etc.), laying a road-map of the entire interview process, and detailing OneTrust's culture and expectations for its employees. After the initial screening, in-person interview's began with the legal team. The legal team was very open and asked insightful and pointed questions about why I was interested in the position, and gave complete and detailed explanations of both the day-today and overall responsibilities of the position. Throughout the in-person interviews (was a couple rounds), Annie always followed up with me to see how it went and if I had any other remaining questions. Further, before each round, Annie would assist me in preparing for the interview and give extremely helpful insight as to what to expect. She would also share the feedback she received from the in-person interviewers, and give constructive and helpful critiques to prepare for the next round. Overall, the interview process was very pleasant, and I never once felt like the I was being interviewed without a purpose (i.e. pointless questions, dragging me along, etc.). The next steps and timelines were always laid out. Would highly recommend applying - 11/10.
