I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OneTrust
Interview
I was offered an interview for Senior Principal Engineer. From the word go, it was completely chaotic. The first round was supposed to be with hiring manager, however it turned out to be a coding round with tech architect.
I cleared that and post that I was informed it will be with hiring manager with the agenda being profile discussion and whiteboard design sessions. However, I was immediately posted a coding question, which I did fairly well. The result was a NO.
However, it was chaotic and unpleasant. Looked like the hiring team weren't in synch and unaware of the expectations. The interview process itself wasn't very clear.
A very negative experience overall.
