Horrible. Being from a different city looking to relocate (they knew this) I had 2 phone interviews (both 45 mins long) and Third in-person 2.5 hour interview with three directors, just to have the recruiter tell me there are two more interviews for me to go through and that I had to "build their in-house app" in 3-4 days. I was also currently employed, so after 5pm was the most effort I could contribute in this "3 day" time frame. After traveling to Houston to interview for 2.5 hours, I never heard back from the recruiter (no response either to my email), and I realized I completely wasted my time. The 2.5 hour interview with the three hiring managers felt like a judgmental test questioning everything I did at my current company - they contradicted my role even though I explained I came from a smaller company and had to wear many hats; I wasn't "the IT guy all day from 8 - 5." Senior architect guy was also rude and condescending - judges you for not knowing their "made up language" with barely any online documentation written on it. I studied for 11 days their massive 50pg pdf packet they provided and they didn't ask a single question on it - both recruiters said to diligently review the material. Absolute total waste of time.
