The question in relation to salary is that we have an internal budget that we target, and our goal is to ensure that the candidates we are hiring will be within the range. If the candidate’s expectations are higher than our internal ranges, then we are open and transparent as it relates to possibility of what a candidate may earn in the role. In relation to the question of the role not being a 40-hour work week, that is due to the fact that Onit is experience tremendous amount of growth and there are more projects heading in faster than what we can hire staff to support the projects at times. Hence the transparency to the candidate that the role may require more than the normal 40-hour work week.
