First round was a telephonic interview which was pretty simple and quick. Then there were 3 on-site interviews. In one of the interviews the guy was just stuck on one question for 30-45 minutes. When I couldn't solve it, he himself couldn't explain the solution very well and got remained confused for 5 minutes.
