Onterris Lab Technician interview questions

Went through a three part process. First went through a phone screening, the HR person was very nice, but when we agreed on a date and time to speak with the lab manager. They changed it and never told me that had happen. I was trying to dial into an interview that didn’t exist. Did an interview with the lab director, they spoke in a very pompous way and belittled a lot of the experience and knowledge that I said I had. Spoke down on one of their employees during the interview. Seems like they want someone who can do everything and anything perfectly without proper training. Any mistake — big or small — seems like it’d be a big problem. The lab manager meeting was fine. They were very straight forward and to the point. Answered my questions. Was told from multiple people that I’d hear back in about 1-2 weeks. It’s been radio silence since the last phone call. No emails. No calls. Yet they have reposted that same position multiple times. Honestly won’t waste your time or effort into these positions/company.
