All 3 interviews were easy, the people were nice and asked fair questions, I passed all 3 interviews. Until I got the 4th and final interview, which was with the COO, it all went out the door. Interview didn’t even last 5 minutes and all because I wasn’t a local. I reassured her my willingness to commute but she made it sound like it was impossible when the drive wasn’t even far. It’s like anything I’d say, she was tuning out, she was so stuck on the fact that I was from the Ventura area. Next time, specify to have ONLY locals from SB apply instead of having people waste their time, gas, and money to make it to the interviews. Had I known that, that was the factor for her, I would’ve never applied and wasted my time.
