The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ontraport (Oxnard, CA) in May 2022
Interview
Fairly easy, talked with HR then moved on to Creative Director, both were very nice and welcoming, they were able to tell me about Ontraport’s core values and expectation. Creative Director interview was 1hr. Nothing out the ordinary questions. (They were really nice and would have loved to learn from them.) Then was moved up to “final stages” to meet CEO and President, only to be notified 1 hr prior to the interview that it was cancelled. The next day I was told that all open positions are all being pulled and “restructuring” was taking place. Complete waste of time. Which lead me to believe the negative reviews are factual.
