Interview
For a senior role, the questions were repetitive and superficial. I spent the entire day being interviewed by several people then nothing...deadly silence. Really disrespectful to the candidate to not even give feedback or a rejection etc....demonstrates a degree of arrogance and immaturity on the part of the company. No attempt to sell the company to the candidate.
